Return and Refund Policy

At Déve Skincare, we stand behind the quality of our formulas. However, due to the nature of our products and for the safety and hygiene of all our customers, we have established the following policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns

We accept returns only on unopened, unused, and sealed products within 14 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with the original packaging and safety seals intact.

  • To start a return, please contact us at support@deveofficial.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on where to send your package.

  • Note: Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

2. Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

  • To expedite the process, please include your order number and clear photos of the damaged product and packaging.

  • We will evaluate the issue and make it right via a replacement or a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned:

  • Opened/Used Products: For sanitary reasons, we cannot accept returns on any skincare product that has been opened or used.

  • Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items or gift cards are final sale.

  • Sample/Travel Sizes: These are non-returnable.

4. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you if the refund was approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

  • Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your skin’s evolution. If you are unhappy with a product after using it, please reach out to our team at support@deveskincare.com. While we cannot offer a full refund on used items, we would love to help you adjust your routine or provide a consultation to ensure you are getting the most out of your Déve products.
